- On January 8, 2024 during the regularly scheduled board meeting, the APCSI board of trustees made changes to the APCSI bylaws. The changes were concerning moving from trustee elections to trustee appointments. The new bylaws with the executed changes may be found at APCSI Bylaws.
- Each year there will be three (3) board appointed positions available. Each position is appointed for three (3) year terms. This year’s annual meeting where appointments will be considered will be on May 13, 2024.
- Individuals interested in serving on the APCSI Board of Trustees are encouraged to submit their resume and intent to seek an appointment to rob.mcgill@academicsplus.org no later than May 1, 2024.
