Mr. Weatherley currently holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Social Studies Education as well as a Masters of Science in Educational Leadership from Arkansas State University. He began as a high school social studies teacher and assistant varsity basketball coach at Marion High School. He then went on to Paragould High School where he served as a high school social studies teacher and assistant varsity football coach for five years, while also serving as the head baseball coach for 4 years. After that Mr. Weatherley spent one year at Lonoke High School where he was a high school social studies teacher, assistant varsity baseball coach, assistant varsity football coach, and head junior high football coach. 

Mr. Weatherley is married to his wife, Kaylee, of 6 years with whom they also have a two-year-old daughter, Avery Kate. He enjoys watching the Cardinals and playing fantasy football, as well as spending time hunting and in the outdoors. 

He believes that all students should be challenged and encouraged to reach past their limits and looks forward to serving the wonderful people of Maumelle in this role.
