We wrapped up the 2024 Maumelle Holiday parade winning the Mayor's Choice award! It was fun to see so many familiar faces along the parade route. Thank you families that supported our float decorations and cheered for us on Saturday night! 🎄
The Arkansas State Capitol hosted a special ceremony this past weekend to honor student finalists from the Arkansas Peace Week Contest held in September. Student artwork was prominently displayed throughout the Capitol building during the week leading up to the ceremony.
Among over 1,000 contest entries statewide, three of our students earned recognition as finalists: third-graders Maya Patel and Scarlett Blake, along with first-grader Norah Blake. At the awards ceremony, Norah Blake was awarded first place in the first-grade division, while Maya Patel secured second place in the third-grade division. Scarlett Blake was honored with a finalist certificate for her outstanding contribution. Congratulations!

Due to parent-teacher conferences, before-school tutoring is cancelled this week from Tuesday- Friday.
Also, just a reminder that there will be NO second chance breakfast tomorrow due to the pep-rally. Breakfast will still be available for purchase before school in the high school cafeteria.
