You are cordially invited to the 2025 MCHS homecoming. The homecoming court presentation and crowning will be at 5:00 p.m., followed by the varsity basketball games at 5:30 p.m.. Students in 8th - 12th grade are invited and encouraged to attend the court presentation and basketball game!
The homecoming dance for 9-12th grade ONLY will be in the MCHS cafeteria from 8:30 - 11:30 p.m. Please see the attached flyer for more details, outside guest forms MUST be picked up from the front office by Monday, December 1st and must be returned to the front office no later than Wednesday, December 3 (only current students in grades 9-12 are allowed for homecoming, no guests over the age of 19 will be permitted. Please see the guest form for more details). The last day to purchase tickets and submit outside guest forms is Wednesday, December 3. NO EXCEPTIONS.
Homecoming/Prom Dress Code
Dresses should be no shorter than mid-thigh. This includes skirts/shorts underneath a sheer overlay and the shorter portion of a “hi-lo” gown.
Slits in gowns should be no higher than mid-thigh above the knee.
Strapless dresses are permitted as long as it doesn't expose an excessive amount of cleavage.
Two-piece dresses are permitted if they meet the following guidelines: No belly buttons may be visible; no more than 2 inches between the bottom of the top and the top of the bottom.
Open back dresses should dip no lower than the waistline.
Fabric may not be skin-toned, giving the impression that no fabric is there.
Cutouts that wrap around to the front of the dress should also follow the 2 inch guideline.
Dress shirts must be collared. Tshirts (including tuxedo tshirts) are not allowed.
Homecoming is a semi-formal affair, and as such, jeans, shorts, baseball caps, and sagging are not allowed. Dress pants, cocktail dresses, and polo shirts are encouraged.
