Good Afternoon, Falcons!
As you may already be aware, one of our own falcons, freshman Corbin Karpowicz, has recently been diagnosed with cancer. Corbin is a wonderful kid with a heart of gold, great sense of humor, and persevering spirit. Although his immune system is compromised, Corbin continues to complete his schoolwork from home and keep in touch with his teachers.
We have been working with Corbin and his parents to ensure he has the full support of our school and students on his journey to recovery. As a mother of three, I personally cannot imagine his parents journey but they are both amazing and strong people who are committed to helping Corbin and keeping him motivated throughout this process. We have reached out to ask how we, as a school community, can help them during their time of need and they have set up a GoFundMe for donations, which I will link below.
Whether it's through monetary donations or just prayers and good thoughts, lets work together to show our falcon pride and support for Corbin and his precious family!
