Students received Liveschool access codes from their 2nd period teachers today. Parents, please sign up! Please contact your child's 2nd period teacher for another copy of their access code.

Hey Falcons! I have been so incredibly impressed with your behavior and ability to follow the rules from the start of this school year. As a result of your willingness to learn and the consistency with following the NO cellphone policy, we have seen more students working hard in your classes, paying attention, and exhibiting kindness towards each other! Our student leadership team is also doing an INCREDIBLE job of being the voice for the student body. Currently, they are in the process of creating a presentation for students and faculty that outlines students goals and values. Next week, they will be meeting with SGA and our incentive committee to develop more incentives for you. When you get the chance, please thank the student leadership team for their hard work. I also wanted to update you on some good news....starting next week, we are switching from Behavior Flip/High Five as our behavior platform to LiveSchool. Liveschool gives more incentives for positive behavior and the ability to give more rewards/activities to grade levels who show positive student performance. Students, with liveschool you will have a "data bank"of positive points where you can make "purchases" such as free dress, candy, etc. Parents, you will also receive a weekly wrap-up to stay "in the know" of your students behavior during the school day.  As a result of your hard work, I am declaring  tomorrow (August 30)  a "Free Dress" day for Maumelle Charter High School (this offer doesn't apply to any other days or MCES/MCMS)! Please make sure you follow the free dress guidelines outlined in the handbook so we can continue offering free dress days throughout the year.  Thank you, falcons, for being THE MOST AMAZING group of students. Good Afternoon, Falcons! As we are gearing closer to the start of the school year, we are SOOOO excited to see our falcons back at school soon! Please join us for our open house, see the flyer for more information. PARENTS AND STUDENTS, we are asking that you help stock our teachers lounge for the upcoming year! If you are able, the following supplies are needed to help our teachers have a great start to the year: Candy Bars Canned Soft Drinks Bottled water Breakfast Bars/Granola Bars Individually bagged snacks/chips/trail mix/etc Bagged candy Please drop off any items to the front office between now and the start of school (August 5th). Students are eligible to receive 1 volunteer hour for bringing the aforementioned items (no more than 3 volunteer hours total).
