Our February book token winners were chosen as "someone who goes out of their way to care for others!" We are so proud of these students!

Third graders in coding enrichment were tasked to make a chariot for their Sphero robot to drive. Each student/group had to make a carriage and something to pull it with. They also had to include at least one wheel on their chariot. Once they were all complete they practiced driving them and then had a race!

Each month, PTO teams up with our parents to provide our faculty and staff with a much-deserved breakfast! Our teachers look forward to receiving this wonderful and nourishing start to the day. Mrs. Randall's kindergarten science lesson has students interacting with force in a fun and creative way!

Third grade students are deep in their science unit studying organisms and how they get their traits. To review after the Christmas break, Ms. Raney's students reflected on their own traits and made bar graphs showing similarities and variations among the class.

January is School Board Appreciation Month. We want to thank our school board members for their continued support and dedication to all Academics Plus Charter schools, students, staff, and families!

We wrapped up the 2024 Maumelle Holiday parade winning the Mayor's Choice award! It was fun to see so many familiar faces along the parade route. Thank you families that supported our float decorations and cheered for us on Saturday night! 🎄

As 2nd grade wraps up Module 3 on place value strategies, students will engage in a hands-on activity using food items to represent numbers in various ways. By using crackers for hundreds, pretzel sticks for tens and candy pieces for ones, they will physically build numbers, reinforcing their understanding while making learning fun!

Kindergarten learned about the history of the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade. Each class worked together to create balloons that were showcased in our very own parade!
